Formatting instructions for final papersFor the final version of the papers, the formatting information in the word-template has to be used. The maximum length for the paper is STRICTLY 10 pages. This includes all figures, tables, and references. Also provide all the images and figures separately in TIFF format, 300 DPI, Black/White. This means do not use MS Word to make diagrams. All diagrams should be sent also separately. If the files are too big to be sent by email, please put them on a cd/usb-stick and mail that to the address below. A 'Copyright Transfer Form' also has to be completed for each paper.
Executive Summary
The executive summary should have the same parts of the main paper, title, authors, abstract, keywords, main body and key references. The main body and references of the executive summary should be organised into a two column format.
Submission information and filesThe final papers should be submitted to university conference e-mail address in one of the following formats: MS Word document, RTF document. NOT in PDF format!All the figures, images and diagrams in the paper should also be submitted separately as TIFF files to university conference e-mail address.
