REGISTRATION includes: one copy of the CD proceedings,all conference sessions, keynotes, plenaries, refreshments during the conference, and the dinner banquet. Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of US$ 150.00 will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the registration deadline of March 15th 2008.

**LATE REGISTRATION FEE: If you do not pay the registration fee by the deadline of February 21, 2008(extended deadline), you will be required to pay the late registration fee.

***STUDENT AUTHOR REGISTRATION FEE: Students should supply proof of full-time student status from the University to claim student rates.

NOTE: You must EMAIL A SCANNED COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER to iamot2008@buid.ac.ae or fax to +971 4366 4698 specifying the paper number and writing the name of the conference on the top, as proof of payment. A registration will not be considered complete without this proof.

Please note the following:

In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

1) The paper must be registered and fully paid for.

2) The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.

3) The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted.

4) Although participants can register on the day of the conference, but if they want their papers to be included in the proceedings the registration process along with the payment procedure has to be completed by March 15th 2008.

Cancellation Policy

1) If Cancellation occurred before the submission deadline --- No Processing fee, hence full refund.

2) If Cancellation occurred after the closing of the submission deadline review process and two weeks before the conference then you can charge $100 processing.

3) No refund due to non attendance of the conference

If due to some legal restrictions, you are not able to transfer money in US Dollars, we can accept payments in UAE Dirhams. The equivalent amounts in Dirhams for each category of registration is
