Paper Submission Guidelines

Types of Presentations & Guidelines
  1. Identify the type of presentation (individual paper, roundtable organized by conference, or poster), described below.
  2. Upload 2000-3000 words research paper, including reference list, that is not published elsewhere, with cover page including title, name of author(s), email corresponding presenter), type of paper (letter and number from the ‘topic area’) using the link on the conference page- paper submission.
  3. Include 100-200 words abstract with 2-5 key words.
  4. Upon acceptance, register using the ‘Registration’ link on the conference webpage.
  5. Submit pdf of the paper, font 11, Times roman or Arial, for any major reference style, just be consistent, after conference you will need to follow guidelines of your chosen conference publishing journal/index option. 
  6. Please note that all papers are peer-reviewed by the reviewers assigned by the international scientific committee members. A signed acceptance letter will be sent to the authors after the reviewing process.
  7. For publication after the conference, choose one of the following: 



    The Journals

    – Journal of Baltic Science Education – SSCI Journal,

    – Science Education International – ERIC Journal,

    The Proceedings

    – Web of Science: Conference Proceedings,

    – Scopus (TBC): Conference Proceedings,

Individual paper session: Provide a paper for a research paper. The presenter is given 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes for Q&A. 


Poster session: Poster is most frequently used in the sciences, mathematics and STEM conferences in that the presenter provides a lightning presentation in a poster format that is displayed during conference for presenter to share and then take questions from the audience.

Roundtable session: Panel discussion organized by conference with 5 to 10-minute presentation for each presenter followed by moderated discussion and questions from attendees in total 60-90 minutes.

To submit your paper/proposal click ‘Submit Your Paper,’ then under Authors click ‘Make Submission’ to enter author information for paper/proposal/poster, then click ‘Upload Submission’ to upload your paper. At any time you can go back to ‘View’ or ‘Edit’ or Withdraw’ submission. Review process and acceptance will be done within 2 weeks.
