As part of your application/registration process, you will be asked to provide us with your personal information including copies of passport, UAE visa, national ID and academic certificates. All information provided will only be used by the Admissions Office to evaluate your application and will not be disclosed to any third party except where it is legally required.
Some of your information collected will be used for statistical purposes by the University and Government reporting.
All credit/debit cards details provided when making online payments on our website will NOT be stored.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates which is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
BUiD will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Applicants who have received an “Offer” are required to accept it and pay the registration fee for the program in order to complete their registration. The registration fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Registered students are required to pay the term installments/module fees according to their program’s fee payment schedule before registering for each term. Students completing their program before the expected completion date must pay their remaining fees in their last term.
The total fees for the program will not exceed the fees stated in the Offer Letter unless the student has to repeat any modules or has requested for additional time to complete his/her thesis or dissertation.
Fee payment schedule for all programs for the current academic year are available on Fees.
Applicants and Students can also make an online credit/debit card payment by requesting the Finance Office to send an invoice and the payment link to their registered email address.
Program registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Students registering for individual modules as a part of Continued Professional Development programme will not be granted any refund on withdrawal.
Students who have their Student Residence Visa withdrawn or rejected by Dubai International Academic City are not eligible for refund of fees.
