BUiD’s Professor delivers a keynote speech at the Central Asia as the Next Higher Education Hub International Conference

Professor Christopher Hill from the Faculty of Education at The British University in Dubai, delivered a keynote speech on “Formation of Successful Transnational Educational Hubs” at the Central Asia as the Next Higher Education Hub International Conference. Examples From the Experience of the Countries of the Middle East and Southeast Asia.”  Professor Hill also served as an expert panel member for the final discussion regarding whether Central Asia can become the next transnational education hub.

The conference was organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan – in partnership with UNESCO and the British Council on 7 July 2023.The event was attended by ministers, directors of British Council, UNESCO, Times Higher Education, QS Ranking Agency, UUKi, and University Rectors and Presidents from Central Asia, USA and the UK.
