BUiD’s students participate in an educational trip to the United Kingdom

A 28 of BUiD students participated in an educational journey to the United Kingdom. They enjoyed sightseeing of London, Glasgow and Edinburgh between 29 June and 6 July 2023.

One of the highlights of the trip was their visit to the renowned MINI plant in Oxford. The students were given an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the intricate process of assembling the iconic MINI cars.

 

On 3 July 2023, they visited the University of Edinburgh. Amidst the historical backdrop of this esteemed institution, the students explored the latest updates on cutting-edge academic programmes, ground-breaking research endeavours, and state-of-the-art laboratories.

 

The following day, July 4, 2023, marked another significant chapter in the students’ journey, as they explored the University of Glasgow. They received first-hand insights into the university’s diverse programmes, pioneering research initiatives, and modern laboratories. The immersive tour not only broadened their understanding of academia but also served as a source of inspiration for their future educational aspirations.

 

The trip served as an invaluable opportunity for the students to gain a holistic perspective on academic excellence and industrial innovation.
