BUiD’s undergraduate students participate in Peer Mentoring Symposium

BUiD’s Students on BSc Business Management ,Hussein  AL Khulaifi, Amani Aman and Mohammed AL Shabi, along with faculty supervisor Dr Rekha Pillai from the Faculty of Business and Law attended the Peer Mentoring Symposium organised by Abu Dhabi University .The symposium provided a unique opportunity to get a broader understanding of the approaches to mentoring and how mentoring can enhance freshmen transition in their first year at college. Our student ,Mohammed Al Shabi, provided insights on how peer mentoring can be a win-win option for both mentors and mentees.
