Dean of Business and Law participates in an Arbitration Symposium
Professor Aymen Masadeh, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, participated in a symposium on arbitration at the American University in the Emirates. He spoke on the recent developments in arbitration laws and practice in the UAE.
The Symposium aims to enhance the communication between the arbitration community and business sectors regionally and internationally. The symposium was held on 16 March with the theme ‘The Legal System of Arbitration: Challenges and Solutions’. The event gave the opportunity to professionals in the field to share their expertise and discussed the challenges facing arbitration and ways to overcome them.
