BUiD’s academic staff co-authors three chapters on data protection law

Dr Christina Lienen, Assistant Professor in Law at BUiD, contributed three chapters to the 6th edition of Information Rights: A Practitioner's Guide to Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Other Information Rights (Bloomsbury), which was published this week. The book has been cited by the UK Supreme Court and is the UK's leading text for practitioners, being also used by judges and journalists. The chapters are co-authored with a barrister from the chambers where Christina used to practise law, and where she remains an associate member.
