This course is designed to individuals who have on-the-job project management experience, this course enables candidate to develop professionally, increase their project management skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management, and seek career advancement by moving into a formal project manager job role, as well as to apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

 

Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation Course Objectives

In this course, you will build and manage a team to plan, execute, and complete a project that is aligned to the business environment. You will

This course will provide you will all the tools, information, and knowledge to pass the PMP®️ (Project Management Professional) exam and become a Certified PMP®️

Mode: Virtual Online Course (ZOOM)

Dates: 11th January  – 1st February 2025  (Every Saturday & Sunday)

Timings: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GST

This course is scheduled for monthly sessions in February, March, April, May, June, September, October, and November 2025. Each session will proceed upon meeting the minimum required number of participants, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot

– Material will be provided through PMI CHOICE platform

– 12 months Access for PMI platform included in the course fee

– A variety of activities are provided in the training such as (Creating Documents, Provide Questions for Discussion, Homework, and working is small groups)

– Mastery Builders provide more test-like questions for participants to work through

Lesson 5 Keeping the Business in Mind (5 topics) – 3.5 Hours
