A First in the UAE: Joint MSc in Project Management
The British University in Dubai (BUiD) is delighted to announce the launch of our new Joint MSc in Project Management with the University of Leeds. This is the first joint MSc of its kind in the UAE, designed to provide working professionals across the region with world-class project management education that combines BUiD’s regional expertise with the University of Leeds’ international excellence. The programme will be delivered by leading experts from both universities, ensuring a truly global learning experience grounded in local relevance.
This milestone marks the first collaboration between BUiD and the University of Leeds, and we are already working together to extend this partnership to other programmes that will further enrich opportunities for students in the region.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this MSc a reality. In particular, we wish to acknowledge the tremendous work of Professor Nora de Leeuw, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, Professor Christine Unterhitzenberger, Director of the Leeds Centre for Projects, and Dr Luca Sabini. Their leadership, commitment, and vision have been at the heart of this success.
We look forward to welcoming the first cohort of students and to seeing the transformative impact this programme will bring to project management practice across the region and beyond.
