Graduation Programme:

Date: Thursday, 19 December 2024

Time: 6:00 PM (Graduands should be present at 3:30 pm)

Venue: Sheikh Rashid Hall – World Trade Centre (Click here for location)

Registration: Confirmed graduates will receive the registration link via their students’ emails (please contact [email protected] if you do not have access to your student’s email)

Graduation Ceremony Fees (Non-Refundable):

* Regular Registration Fee : AED 1500 (VAT included). Please complete the payment on the following link:

When filling the required details, please make sure to add your Name and Student ID as per the below screenshot along with the other required details.

* Late Registration Fee : AED 3000 (VAT included) from 8 – 15 December 2024

Graduation Gowns:

Wednesday, 27 November from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Thursday, 28 November from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Friday, 29 November from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Please note that Gown collection at the ceremony is not allowed.

Graduation Tickets:

* Each student is eligible for 2 free tickets

* Each student is eligible to buy 3 extra tickets only (FIRST COME FIRST SERVED)

* Extra Ticket Fee : 150 AED per ticket. You can pay and collect your extra tickets from our Accounts Department.

* Kids under age of 6 years are not allowed to enter the ceremony

* Kids of 6 years or older require tickets to attend the ceremony

Graduation Photo Sessions:

The photo session will take place at BUiD campus on the following dates.

The photos will include:

* 1 main image of 8×10 (printed and soft copies)

* 5 images of 5×7 (printed and soft copies)

* Soft copies of all photos taken on stage and the full graduation ceremony video

There will be NO PHOTO SESSION AT THE VENUE.

Important Notes:

* Graduates should be presented at the venue no later than 3:30pm.

* It is very important to abide by the timings in terms of checking in and arriving at the venue.

* Please keep checking your student’s email for updates.

* Parking available at the venue is paid parking.
