Congratulations! You made it!

Date: Thursday, 14 December 2023

Time: 6:00 PM (Graduands should be present at 4:00 pm)

Venue: The Cultural and Scientific Association – Al Mamzar (Click here for location)

Registration: Confirmed graduates will receive the registration link via their students’ emails (please contact [email protected] if you do not have access to your student’s email)

 

Graduation Ceremony Fees (Non-Refundable):

* Regular Registration fee : 1500 AED (VAT included) has been extended till Friday 08 December 3:00 PM

* Late Registration 06 DEC and after : AED 3000 (VAT included)

 

Graduation Gowns:

You will be required to place your measurements according to the given instructions online (via an email received from the gown supplier after successful payment). The online order may take up to three weeks. Please ensure that all your details are correct to avoid any possible delays.

Once your gown is ready for collection, you may collect it through one of the following methods:

* Self-collection from the university (Dates TBC)

* Delivery by courier (Extra charges will apply)

The deadline to order your gown is 30 November at 3:00 PM

Gown collection at the ceremony is not allowed.

 

Photo Sessions:

The photo session will take place at BUiD campus on the following dates:

7, 8, 9 December

15:00 – 20:00

The photos will include:

* 1 main image of 8×10 (printed and soft copies)

* 5 images of 5×7 (printed and soft copies)

* Soft copies of all photos including the ones taken at the venue and the full graduation ceremony video

Important Notes:

* Each student is eligible for two free tickets.

* You will be connected to a team leader who will help you with the student procession process.

* It is very important to abide by the timings in terms of checking in and arriving at the venue.

* Please keep checking your student’s email for updates.
