BUiD conducts an online training on construction law and dispute resolution
The Faculty of Business and Law conducted a training on construction law and dispute resolution (CLDR). The 2- day training ,which was held on 11-12 July 2020, was delivered online by Professor Aymen Masadeh, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law and DR. Omar Alhyari, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Law. The course was designed to enable candidates to develop expertise in a set of areas related to construction law with a broad-based knowledge of dispute resolution.
The course familiarises candidates with basic construction technology and legal knowledge to ensure they understand the current practices in the field.The course is accredited by the Dubai Legal Affairs department.
