BUiD organises a webinar on the role and importance of the seat of arbitration
On 27 February 2021, BUiD organised a webinar tiled ‘The Role and Importance of the Seat of Arbitration’, as part of its Construction Law and Dispute Resolutions (CLDR) programme’s efforts to spread awareness and enhance knowledge of significant CLDR-related issues through public lectures, workshops or other events. The webinar was organised in collaboration with Al Tamimi and Co.
Two distinguished speakers from Al Tamimi and Co, Dr Hassan Arab, Partner and regional Head of Dispute Resolution and Thomas Snider, Partner and Head of Arbitration conducted the webinar. They provided the participants with important information on different aspects of Arbitration including the drafting of arbitration agreements.
