Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law participates in Dubai Arbitration Week
Professor Aymen Masadeh, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, along with Sheikh Sam Karim QC, Kings Chamber, and Dr Talal Jaber, Jaber Law firm, participated in Dubai Arbitration Week. They discussed Arbitration in the UAE in a breakfast seminar held on 14 November 2021. The discussion covered recent legal and judicial developments in arbitration practice, the observation of fairness and natural justice in the arbitration process, and the use of technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Dubai Arbitration Week takes place from 14 – 18 November 2021.It reflects the diverse and thriving arbitration community in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region. The week has been put together by some of the leading global arbitral bodies, organisations and practices that have operations or do business in the region.
