Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and IT speaks about Solar Energy
Professor Bassam Abu Hijleh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and IT, spoke at “The Present and the Future of Solar Energy” webinar which was organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the UAE Society of Engineers.
The webinar aimed to familiarise the participants with Solar Energy and the potential it carries for a more sustainable world. It also discussed the challenges involved when shifting to solar energy as well as the opportunities available to professionals in the field.
