Director of BUiD & Doctoral Training Centre presents at the Best Practices in Higher Education Forum
Dr Farzana Asad Mir, Director of BUiD’s Doctoral Training Centre, presented a brief overview of the Centre as one of the recognised best practices in UAE higher education at the Best Practices in Higher Education Forum held on 16 October 2024. This event, hosted by the University of Khorfakkan (UKF) and organised by the Commission Academic Accreditation (CAA) under the Ministry of Education, offered an excellent opportunity to share insights, explore innovative strategies, and learn from the experiences of local higher education leaders.
Dr Mir commented, “It was a privilege to engage with representatives from UAE leading higher education institutions. The shared stories of success and exemplary practices provided valuable insights for advancing academic excellence and driving innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of higher education.
