The British University in Dubai signs 2+2 agreement with the University of Glasgow
The British University in Dubai (BUiD) has signed a collaborative agreement with the University of Glasgow. Through this agreement, BUiD Computer Science undergraduates will be able to complete the last two years of their programmes in the UK benefitting from an exceptional learning experience offered by one of the UK’s most reputable universities.
BUiD’s students registered on BSc. Computer Science – Software Engineering or BSc. Computer Science – Artificial Intelligence will have the option to study the last two years of their degrees on BSc (Honours) in Computing Science at the University of Glasgow. In addition, students will be offered annual financial support in the form of a scholarship to help them with their education expenses.
These programmes are not the first to build on the tradition of collaboration as BUiD signed similar agreement, earlier this year, with the University of Glasgow for its Electro – Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering programmes.
The University of Glasgow was established in 1451, and it is ranked in the top 100 universities in the world. It is a member of the prestigious Russell Group that represents 24 leading UK universities.
