The Registrar and Chief Administrative Officer represents BUiD in two events organised by our education partners
On 23 June 2022, Hugh Martin, Registrar and Chief Administrative Officer, was invited by the Chief Operating Officer of the Dwight School Group in New York, as a guest speaker at the end of term/academic year Dwight School Dubai Teaching Retreat. He talked about the emerging trends in education to around 60 teaching and leadership staff from the lower and upper schools. The talk was well-received and enjoyed by the attendees.
On 24 June 2022, Hugh also represented BUiD as a guest of the Victorian State Government at a reception in the Waldorf Astoria DIFC hosted by the Australian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the Australian Consulate in Dubai, and Austrade in the UAE, to celebrate the end of the Australian financial year and to thank their partners for their ongoing support.
BUiD is proud to be one of those partners: Hugh has represented BUiD on Austrade edtech panels, and at education events in DIFC and at the Australian Pavilion at Expo 2020. He is also involved in a number of Australia/UAE initiatives.
