The British University in Dubai welcomes applications from students who currently reside outside the UAE. If you are thinking of applying to study at BUiD these pages will provide you with useful information that will help you to decide whether BUiD is the right place for you. Visa Information

If you are coming to study at BUiD and you are not a GCC national or do not already have a residence visa for Dubai you will need to obtain a student visa.

The visa can be obtained through the Student Services department at BUiD through a special arrangement with the UAE immigration authorities and Dubai International Academic City immigration services.

You will need to be holding a confirmed offer of a place to study at BUiD before you can apply for a student visa.

Accommodation

BUiD does not currently offer accommodation on campus in university housing.

If you live outside Dubai and require accommodation, BUiD Student Services can assist you to find suitable housing locally.
