Short Bio

Bashar Aldbaiat is an accomplished Lab and Research Engineer with more than eight years of experience in higher education, engineering laboratories, applied research, and technical project support. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Control Systems and Computer Sciences from Al-Baath University, Syria, awarded in 2011; a Master of Science with Distinction in Renewable Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, United Arab Emirates, awarded in 2021; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management from The British University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, awarded in 2026. He combines strong expertise in control systems, renewable energy, electrical and mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and engineering simulation to lead high-quality laboratory activities and deliver successful experimental outcomes. His work strengthens the integration of theoretical knowledge, practical engineering, and research-led learning. Bashar is also actively involved in funded research projects and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications in photovoltaic systems, energy optimization, structural health monitoring, and nonlinear ultrasonic testing. His technical capabilities, industry experience, and commitment to innovation make him a valuable contributor to laboratory development, student research, and the advancement of applied engineering research at the university.
