 SHORT BIO:

Dr Ashmiza Mahamed Ismail did her PhD at University of Portsmouth (UK). Dr Ashmiza is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education of Academy (SFHEA) and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE). She has worked in Higher Education for almost 20 years in the UK and Malaysia, prior to which she worked in industry and consultancy. Her academic experience covers the full spectrum of delivering and developing accredited and non-accredited programmes/modules (undergraduate, postgraduate to doctoral level, professional development, vocational, and online courses). Dr Ashmiza is currently an External Examiner at the Coventry University London and University of West London.

 Research:

Dr Ashmiza’s main research interest is multidisciplinary intersecting leadership, employee well-being, resilience, human resource management, and knowledge sharing. She would be interested in supervising PhDs in these subject areas.
