Dr. Imran Khan is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the British University in Dubai. Prof. Khan has earned his PhD in the field of customer brand experience from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. He has published articles on topics including customer brand experience, customer engagement in various leading journals such as Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Travel Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Brand Management, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, among others. Prof. Khan received awards for excellence in research from his previous institutions. He has worked in various capacities at different institutions in Saudi Arabia and India.
