The British University in Dubai conducts digital marketing training
The Digital marketing: customer, strategy and practice course was conducted from 8 January – 13 March 2021by Dr Joe Hazzam, Head of Marketing, Communications and External Relations at The British University in Dubai. Dr. Joe has over 17 years of industry experience in the areas of marketing, business and strategy.
The training provides an in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences in digital environments, effective and efficient development and execution of digital marketing strategies, and gives a hands-on experience through virtual simulation. It enables participants to connect, communicate and engage with customers more effectively and gain practical experience of how to create and execute paid search, social media and email campaigns.
Today, digital marketing skills are among the top required competencies, and this trend will continue in the future as more organisations are undergoing digital transformation.
