Dr Farzana Asad Mir has fifteen years of management experience in the areas of organisational leadership, quality assurance and project management. She has hands-on experience of managing people in corporate and academic environments and has proven ability to train people in developing their leadership and management skills. Her PhD training and research skills prove helpful in supporting her students on their academic pathways.

Rawy assumed the role of Academic Associate at The British University in Dubai in September 2013. As such, he is entrusted with delivering high-quality learning experiences, overseeing administrative tasks, providing effective teaching instruction, and offering research support as needed to ensure the academic success of students and educational action-research projects. Prior to joining The British University in Dubai, Rawy gained valuable experience as an English language instructor at various higher education institutions.
