Context

Managing and leading education is an art and a science. The ever-changing world, the growing demands for quality in education, resources constraints, political wills and other similar prevailing realities continue to pose challenges for managers and leaders in education to rise to the occasion and deliver effectively. This year’s conference, in particular, aims to explore the emerging challenges in educational management and leadership. The conference will be an opportunity for participants to discuss the opportunities and challenges of educational management amidst the uncertain future. It is keen on engaging voices, thoughts, reflections and practices of leaders in education, policy makers, practitioners, educators and researchers. Papers and posters are invited on the following sub-themes.
