Teaching and Supervision

Dr. Proff teaches across the Master of Education and doctoral programmes within the Faculty of Education, delivering modules focused on educational leadership, governance and policy, organisational culture, and leading change in complex systems. Her teaching foregrounds human-centred leadership (building trust, navigating values and power, and leading ethically in diverse contexts) while supporting students to apply theory to authentic problems of practice.

Dr. Proff has supervised over 50 postgraduate theses and currently supervises postgraduate research across leadership practice and development, empathy-driven organisational culture and belonging, equity-focused policy and practice, and governance influences on educational change, particularly in GCC and MENA contexts. She guides students in developing rigorous, ethically grounded research designs (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods) and in producing dissertation- and publication-ready writing.
