About the Company: GWR Consulting is specialized in customer experience consultancy. They offer different quality control tools to support businesses in measuring and improving their customer experience.

Title: Customer Experience Department Intern

Brief JD: This program offers candidates personal real-world insights and exposure to actual working life, an experiential foundation for their career choices, and the chance to build valuable business networks. Candidates will learn more about customer experience, applied mystery shopping on a large scale, work on real projects and will be mentored by our GWR experts team.

Learning Outcomes:

• Serving clients and stakeholders

Duration: 4 weeks

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour lunch break

Benefits (Salary/allowance/wage/etc): GWR Recommendation letter, opportunity for a freelance job if the performance is outstanding, certificate in Level 2 customer service. No salary is paid.
