Maria joined BUiD in 2006 as Student Services Assistant and was promoted to Institutional Research Administrator in 2009. She was promoted as Head of Institutional Effectiveness in 2016. She is responsible for implementing the Institutional Effectiveness activities that ensures systematic and continuous evaluation of the quality of programs and its academic, student, and administrative services. This will include activities including but not limited to collection, analysis and dissemination of a variety of data and reports on institutional effectiveness, responding to information requests from internal and external constituents. She is also responsible for all the coordination and communication with accreditation and licensure bodies.
Naglaa obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tanta University, Egypt in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ajman University in 2020. She previously worked at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah (the former campus of Ajman University) as a coordinator for the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Research and Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. She has more than 10 years’ experience in Higher Education project management, which included responsibility for the proposal and implementation of projects and strategic planning..
Patricia holds a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Business Economics, from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She brings seven years of professional experience from both the Philippines and the UAE, including four years in higher education, where she focused on internal audit, academic support, and administration.
