BUiD’s academic staff and alumni publish their research in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management journal

Dr Mostafa Al-Emran, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Dr Adi Al Qudah, BUiD’s alumni, along with other researchers published their research, titled ‘Determinants of using AI-based chatbots for knowledge sharing: evidence from PLS-SEM and fuzzy sets (fsQCA)’, in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management journal. In their research they focused on the factors influencing chatbots for knowledge sharing. The research’s findings provided several managerial implications for universities, instructors, and chatbot developers to help them make insightful decisions and promote the use of chatbots.
