BUiD’s student and Professor publish their research in the Journal of Business and Socio-economic Development

Dania Kurdy, BUiD’s student, Professor Husam Aldin Al-Malkawi, professor of Finance, and Shahid Rizwan published their research titled, ‘The Impact of Remote Working On Employee Productivity During COVID-19 In The UAE: The Moderating Role of Job Level’ in the Journal of Business and Socio-economic Development.

The study examined the various factors such as workload, job satisfaction, work–life balance and social support and their influence the productivity of employees who worked remotely in the UAE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
