BUiD’s Professor publishes research paper in the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management.

Professor Edward Ochieng, Head of Project Management programme, co-authored a research paper, titled ‘An assessment tool for stakeholder integration excellence and project delivery optimisation’ in the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management.

In their research, the authors, Diana Ominde, Edward Ochieng, Vincent O. Omwenga, appraised the delivery of information communication technology (ICT) projects and identify key determinants for stakeholder integration.

The research study concluded that there is a need for project delivery teams to evaluate the level of stakeholder integration, the formulation of a project business case, the project processes and issues of compliance and regulation in ICT projects.
