BUiD’s academic staff publish her research in the Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility journal

Dr Rekha Pillai, Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Law, published a research titled, ‘Assessing the influence of organisational citizenship behaviour towards environment on economic cost performance in UAE hotels’, with co- authors Aminul Islam, Parul Kumar, Hamza Almustafa.

The study proposed a conceptual research model which investigated managerial perceptions of the relationship between OCBE and economic cost performance (ECP) in the UAE hospitality sector, with green innovative behaviour (GIB) mediating and green training moderating the relationship.
