A research paper by Professor Sulafa Badi, Dr Salam Khoury, Kholoud Yasin, and Professor Khalid Al Marri, titled “Adoption Intentions of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) in the UAE: A Market Segmentation Study,” has been published in the Proceedings of the Tenth International Congress on Information and Communication Technology (ICICT 2025), London, Volume 9.
Their study investigates consumer attitudes toward Mobility as a Service (MaaS) in the context of the UAE’s diverse population, focusing on the factors influencing adoption intentions. The researchers identified five consumer groups with different demographics, travel habits, and attitudes toward MaaS.
The proceeding book of ICICT 2025, held in London gathered selected high-quality research papers. The book offers an asset for young researchers involved in advanced studies.
