BUiD’s Alumni, Dr Ahmad Alozn, and Prof. Aymen Masadeh, the Dean of The Faculty of Business and Law, published their research paper, ‘Critical Legal Issues associated with Arbitration Agreement under the UAE Arbitration Law’ in research in the Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction.

The paper explores arbitration agreement forms under the UAE laws and identifies critical matters affecting its validity.
